1. Authenticity First

We value real connections. Creators must accurately represent their products, drops, and brand. Misleading product descriptions, fake reviews, or artificial inflation of metrics (views, likes, cart adds) will result in immediate suspension.

2. Respect the Culture

Valethia Hub is a melting pot of culture, fashion, and creativity. Hate speech, discrimination, harassment, or abusive language in streams, comments, or product listings is strictly prohibited. Treat everyone with respect.

3. Safe Transactions

All commerce on Valethia Hub must follow our secure transaction protocols. While we connect buyers and sellers via WhatsApp checkout, sellers must honor their commitments, fulfill orders promptly, and communicate transparently about delays.

4. Prohibited Content

You may not sell illegal goods, counterfeit items, or adult content on the platform. Any attempt to distribute harmful software, spam, or engage in fraudulent drops will lead to an immediate and permanent ban.
