●All data is stored on Supabase cloud infrastructure, which provides enterprise-grade security, automatic backups, and global distribution.
●We implement Row Level Security (RLS) policies in our database, ensuring users can only access their own data.
●All connections between your browser and our servers are encrypted using TLS/SSL encryption.
●Authentication tokens are securely managed and automatically expire after periods of inactivity.

Important: Valethia Hub does not directly process payments on the platform. All checkout transactions are redirected to WhatsApp, where payment arrangements are made directly between buyer and seller. We do not store credit card numbers, bank account details, or any financial payment credentials.

4. WhatsApp Integration

Valethia Hub is a social commerce platform that uses WhatsApp as the primary checkout channel. Here's how your data interacts with WhatsApp:

●When a customer clicks "Checkout," they are redirected to the seller's WhatsApp with a pre-formatted order summary message.
●We share order receipt data (product names, quantities, prices) with WhatsApp as part of the checkout redirect message.
●We do not store, read, or have access to WhatsApp message content exchanged between buyers and sellers after the redirect.
●The seller's WhatsApp phone number is used solely for checkout integration and is displayed on their store profile.

WhatsApp is operated by Meta Platforms, Inc. Your use of WhatsApp is subject to WhatsApp's own Privacy Policy and Terms of Service.

6. Third-Party Services

Valethia Hub integrates with the following third-party services to deliver our platform. Each service has its own privacy policy governing data handling:

Supabase

Our primary database and authentication provider. Supabase stores all user accounts, store data, product listings, and platform content. Supabase provides SOC 2 Type II compliant infrastructure.

Google Gemini AI

Used for AI-powered blog content generation and product description assistance. When you use AI features, relevant text prompts are sent to Google's API. We do not send personal user data to Gemini for content generation.

WhatsApp Business API

Powers our checkout-to-WhatsApp redirect system. Order summary data is shared via WhatsApp deep links. Operated by Meta Platforms, Inc.

7. Your Rights

You have the following rights regarding your personal data on Valethia Hub:

You can request a complete copy of all personal data we hold about you. We will respond within 30 days.

●Anonymized data: Aggregated, anonymized analytics data that cannot identify you may be retained indefinitely for platform improvement purposes.
